Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable Items

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, with the same conditions as above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified if approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
